I cannot be happier with their service. I called 5 companies, every single one of them was a complete rip off. Lori was the first one I called and I should've kept it at that, but I decided I wanted other estimates and see what other companies had to offer, what a waste of my time. Every other company I called was either out of Orlando, rude or money hungry. I am baffled the police even keeps these companies on their lists. Accident cleaners, Aftermath and Bio-One were the worst ones. All they wanted to know was if I had insurance, their phone estimate they gave me was 5 to 10 times higher than Loris estimate. Lori was kind, compassionate, patient and professional. She was honest with me and so fair. I honestly don't know what I would have done if Lori didn't have this company. You can tell she truly does this to help the community. Her team came out and provided A++ work. I highly recommend this company, don't waste your time with anyone else.

BioHazard Cleanup Orlando- Absolute Bio-Clean was heaven sent. They were able to come and take care of all the blood and glass all over the bedroom and sanitize the surrounding area after a home burglary. What a blessing Lori was. She helped me and my family through a very dark time. She was honest, fair and compassionate. I had called another cleaning service before and felt a little uneasy. But immediately over the phone felt more comfortable with Absolute Bio-Clean. My father had passed away in his living room but wasn’t found until a few weeks later. I was nervous about the cost and how to even go about cleaning. Lori answered the phone every time without any annoyance in her tone. She even helped me with all my random questions that didn’t pertain to her. I got a price range without even seeing the house over the phone, so I wouldn’t feel so shocked. The next day Mike came out to do the free estimate. Even he answered a few of my questions with ease. I booked them a few days later, waiting to hear from the insurance company. On the day of the removal and clean up, they were on time and fast moving. Stopping to ask if we wanted any clothing in the area. I didn’t feel the need to watch over. Once finished they even talked about what should be my next step. The company as a whole are very professional, friendly, and overall compassionate of my situation and I would highly recommend them for any service.

I've never thought in my life I would ever have to use this service, nor did I know this kind of business exists until tragedy struck my family. I'm just so thankful and extremely grateful that we went with BioHazard Cleanup.
They answered quickly and were extremely professional. They explained the whole process to us and answered absolutely all our questions from working with the police down to contacting property insurance to see if we could be reimbursed and suggestions on what we ought to do to change the room. They're extremely knowledgable and more importantly, they were very kind and patient and thorough answering questions for my mother, who suffered the most from the sudden death in our family.
Lori and her husband has been in the business for a very long time. They're licensed and specialized to handle all things biohazard unlike some of the other franchise companies out there. They know exactly what they're doing and have thought of everything in order to be discreet, quick, and give fair pricing by examining the scene and giving an estimate right there.
